What you’ll learn

My private sewing lessons are designed to build your confidence and lay a solid foundation in sewing. Together, we can cover a variety of topics, including:

Hands-on skills

During the class, we’ll complete a simple sewing project, such as a cushion cover, drawstring bag or lined shopping bag.

These beginner-friendly projects are designed to introduce a range of sewing techniques, giving you practical experience to build on.

Please note: This class focuses on foundational sewing skills and techniques. It does not include pattern making or how to read a pattern, as those are covered in a separate class.

Join me at my well-equipped studio on the Northern Beaches (near Northern Beaches Hospital) or opt for a private sewing lesson at your chosen location.

Duration and cost

Each private lesson lasts three hours and costs $360.

Your focused and personalised sewing lesson allows us to cover a range of topics at your pace, ensuring you leave with the skills and confidence to tackle your sewing projects.

Flexible equipment options

Bring your own sewing machine to get comfortable with your tools, or use one of the sewing machines available at my studio.
