Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

By purchasing or redeeming a Second Life Upcycling gift voucher, you agree to the terms and conditions below. The purchase and redemption of gift vouchers must also adhere to Second Life Upcycling’s general terms and conditions. You can read them here »

Validity

• Second Life Upcycling Gift Vouchers are valid for 18 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified or agreed. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or extended.

Redeeming Vouchers

• Gift vouchers can only be redeemed on the Second Life Upcycling website – workshops.secondlifeupcycling.com.au.
• Vouchers can be used to book any workshop, class or excursion, subject to availability.
• If the value of the voucher exceeds the cost of the selected class, workshop or excursion, the remaining balance can be used for future purchases within the voucher’s validity period.

Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable

• Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred to another individual.

Replacement of lost or stolen gift vouchers

• If your gift voucher is lost or stolen, please contact us directly to organise replacement on 0418 118 401.
• Replacement of lost or stolen gift vouchers is at the discretion of Second Life Upcycling with each case judged on its individual merit.
• Not all lost or stolen gift vouchers may be replaced.

Partial Use

• If the full value of the voucher is not used in a single transaction, the remaining balance will remain valid for future use within the validity period.

Exclusions

• Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional gift vouchers.
• Discounts, promotions, or special offers cannot be applied to the purchase of gift vouchers unless specifically stated.

Returns and Cancellations

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
• If a workshop booked using a gift voucher is canceled by Second Life Upcycling, the voucher will be reinstated with its original value and validity.

Booking Changes

• Changes to workshop bookings made using a gift voucher must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges if the new session has a higher cost.

Fraudulent Use

• Second Life Upcycling reserves the right to cancel or void gift vouchers that have been tampered with or obtained fraudulently.

Ceasing Operations

• In the unlikely event that Second Life Upcycling ceases to operate, holders of valid gift vouchers will be contacted and offered a refund for the remaining balance.
